Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and any organisation, phone number and message details you provide.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes limited technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for no longer than 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep it longer.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate this website and our email (for example, Cloudflare and our email provider), under appropriate data processing terms. Some providers may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. All fonts and assets are served from our own domain; no third-party trackers are used.
